The Mercer County Public Library has two small Study Rooms as well as a large Meeting Room for public use. Each Study Room (Maximum Capacity 4) contains a table and chairs, while the large Meeting Room (Maximum Capacity 75) also includes AV equipment and access to a warming kitchen. The Study Rooms may be reserved, but are also available on a first-come, first-served basis when they are not. Food and drink are not allowed in the Study Rooms. The Meeting Room may only be used when reserved by an adult holder of a Mercer County Public Library card in good standing. Food and drink are allowed in the Meeting Room.
Any of the three rooms may be used by individuals or organizations for activities of a civic, cultural, educational, intellectual, or charitable nature. Rooms are not available for personal / private parties such as birthday celebrations, showers, or receptions. Sales, fundraising, and other for-profit activity is not allowed. Meetings may not restrict attendance based on race, sex, religious creed, or other protected class and must be open to the media. To reserve a room, call the circulation desk at 859-734-3680. Meeting Room reservations require the responsible party to check in and out at the desk on the day of the reservation.
